In our robotic welding cell, we provide 6 axis welding robot, two kind of welding torch-air cooling and water cooling in different brand, Megmeet welding power source and welding wire. Robot body has different payload and arm length. Customers can choose according to their own needs.

Q: What’s the maximum speed of each axis?
A: Different types of robot have different speed. The status can be seen in our manual book.
Q: What’s the function of the robot?
A: It can achieve different function if you assemble different tools at the end flange of the robot. For example, if you assemble a welding torch, it can complete the welding work.
Q: What does the welding robot system include?
A: It includes the robot body, control cabinet, welding power source, teach pendant, wire feeding structure, gas supply system, welding torch, cable and so on.
Q: What is the installation environment of the robot?
A: The ambient temperature is 0~45℃. The relative humidity is 20~80%. The vibration is under 0.5G. Robot installation must be away from: Flammable or corrosive liquids or gases, electrical sources of the interference.
Q: What’s the function of the positioner?
A: When the external axis is running, the end of the robot can still maintain linear or circular interpolation motion.
