6 Axis industrial TIG weld robotic is mainly designed for TIG weld. It has 6 degree of freedom. Every robot body will have a 48 hours decentration test before delivery. The color of robot body is white, and blue, orange, red can be ordered. The inner diameter of the 6th-axis middle hole is 46mm, which can meet the installation requirements of the water-cooled TIG but the filler is still lay outside. Anti-collision device is pre-installed, new workers can program robot easily and do worry about a crash happened. A lot of measures of preventing leakage of HF are used so that Industrial TIG welding robot can work without a hitch.

Q: A lot of factories around do not use TIG weld robot, why?
A: Historically a bear to automate, GTAW requires precise joint fit-up and high part repeatability. If a badly out-of-tolerance part makes it into the welding cell, and the tungsten unexpectedly touches the base metal or dips in the weld pool, problems mount. A scrapped part is one thing; but a contaminated tungsten welding (and perhaps ruining) 50 more parts before being noticed, that's something else. But these factors are based on fresh man who can not solve these problems.
Q: Will GTAW replace GMAW in the future?
A: No, they belong to two different weld process, and can be used in different applications. It’s not right to say GTAW will replace GMAW.
