To get spatter free effect, first, you need use spatter free function welding power source. Second, you need clean surface of workpiece. Third, the protect gas also need the special gas. With Megmeet power source, you can have spatter free effect only below the 150A welding current. After welding, the surface is pretty good.

Q: What is your advantages of speed compared with traditional laser welding?
A: Compared to traditional optical fiber transmission laser welding machine, our welding speed is 5 times fast.
Q: My workpiece is light reflection materials, can I use laser welding machine?
A: Normally, you will fail when you use laser welding machine for light reflection materials. but we can, because we have back reflection segregating system.
Q: What about the welding quality? is there air hole defect? It will change the tenacity?
A: You will get good quality without air hole defect and none change of tenacity when you use our laser welding robot.
Q: What about the energy consumption of the robot?
A: The energy consumption is low, because the laser’s electricity to light ratio is very high (25~30%), this can reduce the cost for long time.
Q: Can I install the laser welding robot anywhere I want?
A: No, you can not, but normally you can install it on the ceiling, wall and the ground; you have many choices of positions for installation.
