Tungsten inert gas welding is a process that uses an electrical current to super heat metal alloys to partially melt them. The more resistant the metal is to the current, the faster it will reach its melting point so the weld can be completed. One standard robot can not cover all the product size because of the limitation of arm length, external axis will be used to expand product range. This is the function of positioner.

7 axis TIG welding robot will offer the following parts: one standard manipulator, TIG welding power source, one axis positioner and filter of HF. These seven axis can work together, also called 7 axis synergy together. With Built-in three-phase transformer, 380V and 200V isolation, more stable power supply. Power supply requirements can be customized for different countries. The built-in three-phase filter can effectively improve the performance of EMC and EMI. The robot body is with dual-circuit gas pipe and meets the welding requirements.
