CRP congratulates the award-winning team of Nanning No.1 Vocational and Technical School!

02 | Behind the Gold Award Project: The CRP Collaborative Welding Robot Takes the Stage
In the project undertaken by Nanning No.1 Vocational and Technical School in this competition, the CRP collaborative welding robot was used as the project equipment, taking part in the practical application of welding automation–related technology.
As manufacturing continues its shift toward intelligent operation, welding technology is accelerating toward automation, digitalization, and intelligence. Robotic welding requires not only stable motion control and welding process capability, but also places higher demands on operational convenience, application flexibility, and system integration.
Based on real welding application needs, the CRP collaborative welding robot combines the flexibility and ease of use of collaborative robots with professional welding processes, offering more options for robotic welding teaching and training, technical application, and industrial production.
This appearance in the gold-winning project at the World Skills Competition for Vocational Colleges is a practical step in expanding the application scenarios of the CRP collaborative welding robot.
From classroom training to the competition arena, and from technical learning to real-world application, CRP hopes that easier-to-use robot products can help more skilled people access, understand, and master intelligent welding technology.

03 | Making Welding Simpler: The CRP Collaborative Welding Robot Shows Its Product Value
Facing the different requirements of welding scenarios for efficiency, flexibility, and ease of operation, the CRP collaborative welding robot keeps optimizing its product functions around real applications, making robotic welding more flexible, efficient, and easy to operate.
Easy Programming, Lower Barrier to Operation
It supports drag teaching, end-effector joystick programming, and trajectory fine-tuning. Welding paths can be taught and programs edited without relying on a traditional teach pendant.
Operation is more intuitive, which helps shorten the time needed to learn programming and debugging, and improves the convenience of robotic welding applications.
Flexible Deployment, Adaptable to Multiple Scenarios
The robot has a compact structure and can be deployed with a mobile cart, magnetic base, or other setups according to actual needs, adapting flexibly to different welding stations and working environments.
For welding structural parts in many varieties and small batches, easy programming and flexible deployment improve the equipment's adaptability.
Rich Processes, Meeting Diverse Needs
It integrates a variety of arc welding process functions and supports multi-layer, multi-pass welding. It can work with different welding equipment and external axes, adapting to diverse welding tasks.
Whether for conventional structural welding or complex weld seam work, it offers users flexible automation options.
Human–Robot Collaboration, Higher Work Efficiency
By simplifying operating procedures and optimizing equipment deployment, the CRP collaborative welding robot helps users improve welding efficiency.
Under suitable application conditions, one operator can also manage several machines, helping companies optimize staffing and improve production flexibility.
Lowering the application barrier through simplicity and meeting welding needs through professional processes is also the product direction that CRP continues to develop in depth.

04 | From Skills Competition to the Industrial Floor: Intelligent Welding Creating More Value
Skills competitions are a stage where technical talent can show professional ability, and an important practical setting where advanced manufacturing technology meets vocational education.
Nanning No.1 Vocational and Technical School's gold award not only shows the professional skills of the participating team, but also lets more people see the application potential of intelligent welding technology in skilled talent training.
As a domestic robot company deeply engaged in industrial robotics, CRP has long invested in independent R&D of core technologies and has built a technology system covering controllers, drives, algorithms, robot bodies, and process applications. It continues to advance the use of robot technology in welding, handling, loading and unloading, grinding and polishing, and other scenarios.
In intelligent welding, CRP continues to improve its industrial welding robot and collaborative welding robot products and process applications around the real needs of different industries and working conditions, giving users more flexible robotic welding options.
From skilled talent training to industrial production practice, CRP will keep advancing robotic welding technology into more scenarios through independent technology and product innovation.
Making intelligent welding simpler, and putting advanced manufacturing technology within reach.
