The newly launched CRP-RH27-210/CRP-RH27-210-W are high-load six-axis industrial robots designed for applications such as spot welding, material handling, machine tool loading and unloading, and assembly. They feature a 2713mm arm span, a maximum payload of 210kg, a repeatability of ±0.06mm, a positioning accuracy of 0.5mm, an IP67 wrist protection rating, and IP54 protection for the rest of the robot.

In terms of structural design, this model adopts a hollow arm structure and built-in wrist cable, which greatly reduces the interference problems with neighboring robots or surrounding equipment caused by external wiring.

The main body cable uses a flexible robot-specific cable, and a φ12mm dual-circuit air hose is also provided to meet the air circuit requirements for applications such as welding and handling. The single-axis nitrogen cylinder structure design reduces the overall installation footprint, enables high-density installation and wiring, and supports multiple units working together.
