2. When teaching, try to avoid standing between the robot and the workpiece or between the robot and a fixed object to avoid damage to the human body caused by abnormal robot actions;
Be sure to pay attention to the teaching speed when teaching: When the robot is close to the welding torch, and the welding torch is close to the workpiece, use a lower speed for teaching. Avoid collision between robot and welding torch, welding torch and workpiece;
In the teaching process and working process, if a program is not finished, it is strictly prohibited to teach another program;
After the programming or modification is completed, it must be carefully checked, and the automatic operation can only be performed after the dry run is correct twice;
After the teaching box is used, it should be placed in the specified location and far away from the high temperature area. It should not be placed in the robot working area to prevent collisions and cause damage to personnel and equipment.
3. When the robot is maintained, be sure to cut off the power supply on the control cabinet and the installed tools, lock the power switch, and hang a "keep away from the work area" warning sign.
4. After the work, please cut off the power of the robot and the welding machine, and clean the work area.
