Solutions to welding robot defects
(1) The occurrence of pores may be due to poor gas protection, the primer of the workpiece is too thick or the protection is not dry enough, and it can be dealt with by making corresponding adjustments.
(2) The occurrence of welding deviation may be caused by incorrect welding position or problems when searching for the welding gun. At this time, it is necessary to consider whether the TCP (the position of the center point of the welding gun) is accurate and adjust it. If this happens frequently, check the zero position of each axis of the robot, re-calibrate and correct it.
(3) Excessive splashing may be due to improper selection of welding parameters, gas composition reasons or too long outer elongation of the welding wire. You can adjust the power to change the welding parameters, adjust the gas proportioner to adjust the mixed gas ratio, and adjust the welding gun and The relative position of the workpiece.
(4) An arc crater is formed after cooling at the end of the weld, which can be filled by adding the submerged arc crater function in the work step during programming.
(5) The occurrence of undercut may be due to improper selection of welding parameters, incorrect welding torch angle or welding torch position. You can adjust the power to change the welding parameters, adjust the attitude of the welding torch and the relative position of the welding torch and the workpiece.
