1.Functional Features
CRP-RH20-06-W welding robot has below functional features:
2)-With large working space, fast running speed and high repeated positioning accuracy, it is suitable for wide range of welding applications.
3)-The safety emergency stop board independent of the control system is equipped with, and the safety relay circuit is adopted to provide double-circuit emergency stop to ensure the reliability of emergency stop.
4)-The robot body adopts highly flexible special cable.
5)-Built-in three-phase transformer makes 380V and 220V isolated to help the power supply more stable. Built-in three-phase filter can effectively improve the performance of EMC and EMI.
6)-The robot body is with dual-circuit gas pipe to meet the welding demand.
7)-The inner diameter of 6-axis middle hole is 44mm, it can meet the installation requirements of water-cooling torch and bellows torch.
8)-Highly flexible welding cable is built-in.

3.Application Features
Stainless steel welding application has below features:
1)-The robot moves smoothly, the end speed is consistent with the set welding speed and the welding is stable with good shape.
2)-The robot and welding machine adopt full digital communication control, so that the best welding efficiency and welding effect can be exerted.

4)-Single/double pulse welding machine which achieve the low spatter welding in the full current range.
5)-It has short arc pulse technology, which helps the welding speed be more fast.
6)-It has high frequency dynamic wave energy control, which achieves high welding penetration, low heat input and well recognizable fish scale pattern.
7)-The wire feed has encoder feedback which is more stable and has strong anti-interference.

9)-The pulse welding torch generates a large amount of heat, and it is necessary to configure a water-cooling torch when it is welding with large current.
